5 Ski fundamentals 雙板五大基礎:

Control the relationship of the Center of Mass to the base of support to direct pressure along the length of the skis. 控制重心與腳底兩者的關係,將壓力分置在雪板的長度。

Control pressure from ski to ski and direct pressure toward the outside ski. 控制從一邊雪板到另一邊的壓力,並將壓力導向外側雪板。

Control edge angles through a combination of inclination and angulation. 藉由身體的傾斜以及關節的角度來控制鋼邊作用的角度。

Control the skis rotation (turning, pivoting, steering) with leg rotation, separate from the upper body. 利用腿部的旋轉(與上半身分開)控制雪板的旋轉(包括轉向、支點以及行進)。

Regulate the magnitude of pressure created through ski/snow interaction. 調節雪板與雪地彼此作用而產生的壓力幅度。

A skier is constantly changing, adapting and managing three things: 進行雙板滑雪,需不斷改變、調整以及掌控三件事情:

The direction of the skis (Rotational Control) 雪板的方向(旋轉控制)

The angle of the skis to the snow (Edge Control) 雪板與雪地的角度(鋼邊控制)

The pressure created through turning and terrain (Pressure Control) 轉向和地形所產生的壓力(壓力控制)

 


Snowboard Fundamentals單板基礎

Control the relationship of the center of mass to the base of support to direct pressure along the length of the board. 控制重心與腳底兩者的關係,將壓力分置在雪板的長度。

Control the relationship of the center of mass to the base of support to direct pressure along the width of the board. 控制重心與腳底兩者的關係,將壓力分置在雪板的寬度。

Control the magnitude of pressure created through the board/surface interaction. 控制雪板與雪地彼此作用而產生的壓力幅度。

Control the board's pivot through flexion/extension and rotation of the body. 藉由身體的彎曲或延伸以及旋轉來控制雪板的支點。

Control the board's tilt through a combination of inclination and angulation. 藉由身體的傾斜以及關節的角度來控制雪板的傾斜。

Control torsional flex of the board using flexion/extension and rotation of the body. 使用身體的彎曲或延伸以及旋轉來控制雪板的扭轉。
